Apply a thin layer to clean, dry feet before socks or shoes.
Focus on areas prone to warmth, moisture feel, and rubbing, such as soles, heel edges, sides of feet, tops of toes, outer toe areas, and shoe-contact zones.
Use a small amount. A little goes a long way.
Reapply as needed.
